Welcome Clubtags

As you can imagine I will be very sorry to lose the day to day contact which I had with you, but feel reassured that Brian, Fiona and their right-hand man Scott will continue to run Clubtags in our very personal way. It mattered a great deal to me to find the right home for Clubtags.

Clubtags will continue to be the trading name for products destined for the leisure industry, like Shoetags, although Clubtags will naturally become a part of the new owners existing small plastics business, Roxan Developments Ltd, based in the beautiful Scottish Border Country, in Selkirk.

Roxan have introduced immediately a freephone number for you to call with your orders – 0800 1300 340 – and will introduce an on-line ordering system in due course. For your interest, they are VAT registered, unlike me, and so those of you in the EC that are similarly registered for VAT will have an immediate benefit in net price as the payable price will remain unchanged for the timebeing.

Other benefits for you in this set-up include Roxan’s ability to laser-engrave tags with more information if you require it, even logos, and to design and produce new products for you and your members. Brian particularly looks forward to working with you on developments which can benefit everyone. A personalised String Dampener is already coming off the production line !
